"This is how grace works; it enters the soul, penetrates the heart, saturates the conscience, abides in the memory, affects the affections, gives understanding to the understanding, and imparts real life to the heart, which is the seat of life." Spurgeon

Archeological Eating

Having lunch at L' Archeolgia next to The Catacombs. The chefs have dedicated their lives to the study and execution of designing and serving the finest foods from antiquity using all local ingredients but prepared using ancient tools and processes.

  1. Wow, how fascinating - write down what you had if you can - and the ingredients what you can remember. Isn't it interesting that in Europe they value so much more history - by preserving buildings and other things - and we just knock things down. Every culture we have things that we can learn from - I hope you are documenting all of these marvelous findings especially with homeschooling and remember - I think you should write a book. You could do it from so many different perspectives. Love you all, Mom
