"This is how grace works; it enters the soul, penetrates the heart, saturates the conscience, abides in the memory, affects the affections, gives understanding to the understanding, and imparts real life to the heart, which is the seat of life." Spurgeon

This Week We Changed Our Religion

James 1:27 - Religion that is pure and undefiled before God, the Father, is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world.

Pictured here with two of our orphan boys is Lex. James is 9 and wants to be a pilot one day. Henry is 12 and also wants to be a pilot. Both AIDS orphans, these boys attended Camp Hope 2 years ago and were rescued out of desperate living situations to be given new mamas at Village of Hope in Zambia, an Every Orphan's Hope refuge that offers a new permanent and loving family to each orphan. These two guys absolutely love their families and are growing strong and attending school.

Our first graduate of the village, "Lumbasi", is attending college and plans to be an advocate for orphans is Zambia as an attorney. These guys are told that Jeremiah 29:11 is true and God will keep His promises to give them each a hope and a future.
